With an early morning start on December 1st, the water, phone and sanitary connections from the building to the street were completed by the end of the day. This was immediately followed by the plumber, DEW Mechanical Inc., completing the underground plumbing rough in in the washroom areas. The gas service was also installed.

The final grading of the south end of the yard and around the building started.

 

We caught the framing material loaded on the delivery truck at Fairway Lumber's yard prior to it being delivered. The building of the office and washroom area was completed by S.G.Cunningham.

 

The final items to be installed before Christmas are the large overhead doors for rail and truck access.
