- During its long lifespan, this car has belonged to eight different owners, including a private owner who named it after the city of Memphis, and BC Rail, where it was dubbed "Pavilion".
- When it was built in 1939, the car was known as the "Biscayne Bay".
- The Pavilion car was acquired by VIA Rail as part of a larger transaction, but remains inactive. It is currently stored at the Montréal Maintenance Centre.
